Mediterranean Orange Couscous Salad with Peppermint and Orange Essential Oil
This mediterranean orange couscous salad features Young Living orange essential oil and peppermint essential oil.
1 cup of couscous
2 cups of boiling water
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 drops of Young Living Peppermint essential oil
3 drops of Young Living Orange essential oil
1 red capsicum, chopped
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup of raisins
1 chopped shallot
1/2 cup of olives, chopped
1 small orange, peeled and quartered
1 chilli, chopped
Salt and pepper
Combine couscous with 2 cups of boiling water in a glass bowl. Cover with a plate and allow to soak for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine vinegar with peppermint essential oil and orange essential oil. Stir. Drizzle over the couscous. Stir to combine. Add capsicum and sesame oil, raisins, shallot, olives and orange, chilli, salt and pepper to taste, orange zest. Stir well. Serve and enjoy.
