For the dilution ratio, the first reference is to water, then to the Thieves Cleaner. For a 60:1 ratio, that means dilute 60 parts water to one part Thieves cleaner.

Carpet Spot Cleaner
Dilute one capful of Thieves Household Cleaner with 6 cups of water.
Add to a spray bottle then spray spot on the area. Blot with a clean white cloth. Repat as needed.
Wood Floor Cleaner
Combine 1 capful of Thieves Household cleaner, with 10 drops of Young Living Pine essential oil with one cup of olive oil.
To use, apply evenly to floors with a dampe (not wet) mop.
All-Purpose Cleaner
Dilute one capful of Thieves Household Cleaner with2 to 3 cups of water.
Add to a spray bottle then spray surface liberally and wipe clean.
Glass and Mirrors
Combine 1 capful of Thieves Household cleaner, with 5 drops of Young Living Lemon essential oil with 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar. Add to spray bottle.
To use, spray surface liberally and wife clean with a lint-free cloth.
Deep Cleaning Scrub
Combine Thieves Household cleaner with baking soda to make a paste.
To use, apply misture with a clean cloth or sponge and scrub surface thoroughly. Let sit 15 minutes, and hten rinse clean.
