Tip 6 - Keep Hydrated

This tip is easy to understand, as it's a tip that applies everyday, not just for cruise holidays.

It's important to keep hydrated by drinking enough clean water. But for some people, plain water is boring, so why not add some flavour with a Young Living culinary essential oil. Top favourites for adding to drinking water are Young Living Citrus Fresh or Young Living Lemon essential oil.

Just make sure that you're only using a Young Living culinary essential oil in your drinks and food, as other brands are not suited for use in food.
