Return and Refund Policy

Young Living reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

 

Return Guideines

If you are dissatisfied with any Young Living product, you may return:

  • Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and GST (less shipping charges).

  • Any opened product within 30 days after shipment for a credit on your Young Living account of the purchase price and GST (less shipping charges).

  • Any opened or unopened product up to 90 days after shipment for a credit on your Young Living account of the purchase price and GST (less shipping charges and a 25% handling fee). The credit applied for opened product will be based on the percentage of the product returned. For example, if you return 50% of a product, then a credit of 50% (less shipping charges and a 25% handling fee) will be applied to your Young Living account.

 

Procedures for Returns

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • The customer or member who purchased it directly from Young Living must return the products.

  • The product(s) must be returned in its original container.

  • The return must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) that may be obtained by calling Member Services at 1300 95 6457, by emailing custserv@youngliving.com.au. The RAN number must be written on the outside of each package, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid to Young Living. Young Living does not accept COD packages.

  • If returned product is not received by Young Living’s distribution center, it is the responsibility of the member to trace the shipment. Young Living is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Volume for exchanges will be counted in the month the exchange transaction was made.

  • No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective. Credits will be issued when Young Living has processed the return

Billing Options, Terms and Conditions

Acceptable forms of payment are credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), PayPal and Direct Deposit. Details for the Direct Deposit payment will be given at the time of checkout and emailed to you.

Young Living Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Prices

By placing an order through this website at wholesale prices, you will be deemed to have acknowledged, read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

 

When you place an order through this website at wholesale prices, a Young Living wholesale account will be created for you with Young Living Essential Oils (Australasia) Pty Ltd. You will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Young Living Distributor Agreement (see below).

 

The referrer for your Young Living account, known as the enroller will be listed as Sharon and Andrew Wild, Young Living Independent Distributor # 1018897. 

 

You will be issued with a Young Living member (account) number. You will be able to use that Young Living member number to place future orders directly with Young Living at wholesale prices for 12 months following for first wholesale order placed through this website. Your Young Living wholesale account will remain open provided you place a 50 PV order (about $80 of products) each rolling 12 month period. If you don't place a 50PV order each 12 month period, your wholesale account will automatically lapse.

 

Once you place your first order, any future orders you place will be placed directly with Young Living by phone or online rather than through this website.

 

You will be emailed with your Young Living member number and the phone number and website address for any future orders you wish to place.

 

To access wholesale prices you must add a Starter Kit to your first wholesale order or place an order with a minimum of 100 points value. You will see information about both of these options on the product pages. You will be required to select which type of ordering option you want during the checkout process. If a Starter Kit is not added to your order or if your order does not meet the 100 point value minimum, wholesale prices will not be available to you for that order. If that occurs, your order will be held. You will be contacted to seek your instructions to either proceed at retail prices or to add a Starter Kit to your order or to add additional products to meet the 100 point value minimum.  If your order does not proceed, if an order payment has been processed, your order payment will be refunded to you.

 

Young Living refer to wholesale account holders as being a 'Brand Partner', formerly referred to as a 'Member' or 'Distributor'. Brand Partners/Members may use products for their own use, there is no requirement to promote nor distribute Young Living products to others, though you do have the option to do so if you wish.

The full terms and conditions are shown in the 'Terms and Conditions' section of the checkout. You can view the full terms and conditions from that section of the checkout. You will be required to 'tick' the Terms and Conditions checkbox before completing your order.

The person placing the wholesale order will be referred to in this agreement as the 'applicant'.
