Rosemary Mashed Potato Recipe with Rosemary and Black Pepper Essential Oils
2kg potatoes, peeled and diced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup of cream
6 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp milk
2 or 3 drops of Young Living Rosemary essential oil
1 drop of Young Living Black Pepper essential oil
Peel, dice and boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until soft.
Drain potatoes, place in a bowl with butter. Allow butter to melt, then add cream.
Mash potatoes thoroughly until desired consistency, adding milk as needed. Stir in garlic, Rosemary essential oil, Black Pepper essential oil and salt to taste. Place in serving bowl and keep warm.
