Curry Cauliflower Soup Recipe with Ginger and Black Pepper Essential Oil

This curry soup features Young Living ginger essential oil and black pepper essential oil. It's sure to warm you up on a winter's evening.

Curry Cauliflower Soup Recipe with Ginger and Black Pepper Essential Oil


1 cauliflower (approx 500 grams)

1 cup of vegetable stock

1 bay leaf

Lemon slices

2 cups of coconut milk

3 to 4 Tbsp of soy sauce

1 to 2 tsp of curry powder

2 drops of Young Living Ginger essential oil

Salt, to taste

1/4 cup of cream

1 to 2 drops of Young Living Black Pepper essential oil


Cut cauliflower into florets. Add vegetable stock and bay leaf and lemon slices to pan. Add cauliflower. Cover pan and boil until cauliflower is tender. Remove bay leaf and lemon slices. Use hand mixer to blend until smooth.

In a small bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce and curry powder and ginger essential oil. Stir, then add liquid mixture to the cauliflower mixture. Blend together. Add salt to taste.

In a small bowl, combined cream with black pepper essential oil. Whip cream with hand mixer.

To serve, add cauliflower soup to a bowl, add a dollop of cream.
